Evening Skincare Routine: Hydration and Soothing in One StepZoom

For me, evening skincare is more than a quick face wash. It is a mindful ritual built around hydration and soothing. In the evening, my skin also needs a little extra attention so it can regenerate.

Products in my routine:

After double cleansing, I use the following products in my routine.

1. Barrier support – Nerds Barrier Restore Fluid

The Nerds Barrier Restore Fluid is the first step in strengthening the skin's protective barrier. Its lightweight yet nourishing formula contains ingredients such as ceramides, niacinamide, and panthenol, which help restore the skin's natural barrier.

2. Targeted active ingredients – Some By Mi Retinol Intense Eye Cream & Schüssler Natur Cosmedics Retinal Face Serum

The eye area is one of the most delicate parts of the skin, so I care for it with the Some By Mi Retinol Intense product. Retinol helps reduce fine lines and dark circles while also improving skin elasticity.

The Schüssler Natur Cosmedics Retinal Face Serum is an exciting step in the routine because it offers retinal in a lightweight serum. This product absorbs quickly and supports skin-cell renewal with its powerful antioxidant effect.

3. Hydration and comfort – Mary Kay Clinical Solutions HA + Ceramide Hydrator

Hydration is key to the skin barrier, which is why the Mary Kay Clinical Solutions HA + Ceramide Hydrator is an important part of my routine. Hyaluronic acid provides deep hydration, while ceramides rebuild the skin's protective barrier.

4. A soothing finish – iUNIK Centella Calming Gel Cream

The final step in my routine is the iUNIK Centella Calming Gel Cream. Centella asiatica extract soothes the skin, reduces redness, and promotes wound healing.

Summary: balancing active ingredients and hydration

The essence of my evening routine is combining targeted active ingredients such as retinol and ceramides with deep hydration and soothing ingredients, so my skin feels fresh and free from irritation in the morning.

I'm curious: do you prefer evenings focused on active ingredients, or an approach centered on barrier support? Let me know what you think! 🌙
