My First Experience with Light Therapy – Is It Worth It?

How Does It Work?
The mask emits four types of light:
- Infrared: for regenerating deeper skin layers
- Red: for reducing wrinkles and fine lines
- Blue: for treating breakouts
- Orange: for radiance and hydration
What Is It Like to Use?
The mask is incredibly easy to use — I just put it on, select the light that my skin needs most that day, and relax for 10–20 minutes. It's become my favorite evening ritual and a lovely way to wind down at the end of the day.
What Changes Have I Noticed?
After just a few uses, I noticed that:
