My First Experience with Light Therapy – Is It Worth It?Zoom

I'll admit, I was a little nervous the first time I tried the Facialight LED Face Mask. Light therapy had always intrigued me, but I wasn't sure what it would feel like to use — or whether it would actually deliver results.

How Does It Work?

The mask emits four types of light:

  • Infrared: for regenerating deeper skin layers
  • Red: for reducing wrinkles and fine lines
  • Blue: for treating breakouts
  • Orange: for radiance and hydration

What Is It Like to Use?

The mask is incredibly easy to use — I just put it on, select the light that my skin needs most that day, and relax for 10–20 minutes. It's become my favorite evening ritual and a lovely way to wind down at the end of the day.

What Changes Have I Noticed?

After just a few uses, I noticed that:

  • My skin tone became more even
  • Minor redness and blemishes cleared up faster
  • My skin looks fresher and more vibrant

My Tip for You

Don't skip consistency! The real results from light therapy show when you incorporate it into your routine several times a week.

Have you tried a light therapy mask? Or are you thinking about it?
