The Inota power plant is one of those places that is breathtaking on its own — but when it meets contemporary art, something truly special is born.

The Fényerőmű Exhibition

The Fényerőmű (Light Power Plant) exhibition was open from August 15 to 24, 2025, showcasing over twenty light installations across various spaces within the building. The industrial setting — soaring ceilings, rusted steel structures, long-silent machines — provided the perfect backdrop for a play of light and shadow.

The Experience

Walking through the halls of the power plant, you get the sense that the industrial past and the contemporary present are in dialogue with one another. The light installations don't feel intrusive — they blend naturally into the character of the space.

A Note of Thanks

Thank you to the Inota team for the invitation — being part of the exhibition was a truly special experience.
